Forms of Payment Accepted: Cash, Check, ACH Bank Transfers, Debit/Credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, & Discover), and Health Savings Account (HSA). 

Private Insurance accepted for COUNSELING SERVICES ONLY (Adoption Support Services not included)

We accept the following private insurance and EAP plans for women (mental health) counseling services:

• In-Network: Cigna, Lyra

• Out-of-Network: We can provide Super bills/Explanation of services to clients as well as bill certain out-of-network insurance plans in order for client's to receive possible reimbursement from their plan.

I do offer a percentage of my counseling and coaching sessions at a reduced fee rate for those with true financial hardship. I would be happy to speak with you about your financial situation to determine if you qualify for a reduced fee.

**Unfortunately all of these reduced fee appointment slots are full at this time.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that it is necessary to cancel an appointment, please give 24-hour notification. Sessions cancelled less than 24-hours from the scheduled time are subject to fee. This policy allows for other clients on the cancellation list or who may call that day in need of an urgent session to utilize that appointment time.
