What is telehealth / online counseling?
Online therapy allows you to have “face-to-face” communication similar to as if you were in an office setting. Clients will connect with their therapist through a HIPAA-compliant secure video conferencing. I encourage clients to prepare for an online counseling session by finding a comfortable private space, a good internet connection, and use a reliable smart phone, tablet, laptop or personal computer to connect.
I offer a free phone consultation to ensure you are making an informed decision about your therapy, that you feel I will be a good fit, and to determine if online counseling is the right option for you.
